Approximation is needed fro remaining % at bulk optimization page when it is <1

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. When remaining % < 1, it is displayed in long decimal view i.e 0.99999999999994%

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open bulk optimization in mobile view
2. Start optimization
3. Refresh the page (to stop optimization) when the remaining % is red
4. Remaining % decrease with every refresh + displayed without approx when it is <1%

Expected behavior

• % is approx to nearest 2nd decimal point or integer (please refer to @jbma )
