Scope a solution ✅

In `inc/classes/class-imagify-options.php`

Add convert_to_avif to the list of $default_values
Add convert_to_avif to the list of keys in sanitize_and_validate_value()
Update validate_values_on_update() to use convert_to_avif instead of convert_to_webp

In `classes\Avif\Avif`

Create the class
Add a method as callback on update_option_imagify_settings
The method should trigger a bulk conversion to AVIF if the option was enabled and was not before
