Scope a solution ✅

As part of our goal to standardize code between our plugins, we can start to use a container & the event manager in Imagify too.

Add the league/container v3 to Imagify using composer & Mozart
Add the wp-media/module-event-manager to Imagify using composer & Mozart
Load the composer & event manager in the plugin
