conf folder isnot deleted when uninstall imagify

Describe the bug After uninstall , the conf folder isnot removed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install imagify
2. Check the root directory of the website => conf folder is created with index.php and imagify.conf
3. deactivate and uninstall imagify
4. Check the root directory => the folder is still there

Expected behavior Conf folder is deleted after uninstall imagify
