When click generate webP (or next-gen on avif) for image from the image edit view, optimize loading is kept displayed till we refresh the page
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
on trunk, webP off
upload image
in media library click edit link for image
click generate webp image
optimizing keeps loading
Expected behavior
once webp/next-gen is created the generate link change to delete without manual refresh the page
