After updating to 2.2, value of 'Display images in webp format on the site' is not preserved #848

Before submitting an issue please check that you’ve completed the following steps:

Describe the bug When updating from 2.1.3.1 to 2.2, the value of 'Display images in webp format on the site' is not preserved

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Imagify 2.1.3.1 or lower
  2. Make sure to have Display Images in Webp Format enabled
  3. Update to 2.2
  4. The option Display images in Next-Gen format on the site is disabled

Expected behavior After updating from 2.1.3.1 or lower version to 2.2+, we should make sure that we respect the value of displaying images in webp (next-gen) format

Acceptance Criteria (for WP Media team use only)

  1. When updating from 2.1.3.1 (or lower) where webp display was enabled, we need to make sure that Display images in Next-Gen format on the site is enabled
  2. When updating from 2.1.3.1 (or lower) where webp display was disabled, we need to make sure that Display images in Next-Gen format on the site is disabled
  3. When updating from 2.2 to 2.2.0.1 we need to make sure that Display images in Next-Gen format on the site is preserved at its previous state
