@camilamadronero had a great idea for faster deactivation+removal of the dbugger:
Add a button in the debugger UI to deactivate and Uninstall the helper.
The first iteration will deactivate and redirect to the plugins page with the dbugger filtered, for uninstall in 2 faster steps
