Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The admin noticed added from this issue mentions the deprecated Combine CSS files feature.

Describe the solution you'd like Current admin notice text: **WP Rocket:** Cloudflare's HTTP/2 Server Push is incompatible with the features of Remove Unused CSS and Combine CSS files.
