Define the advertising map inside the post-list and the post

I've been thinking about the behavior of the advertising map and the "load more posts" (https://github.com/worona/saturn-app-theme-worona/issues/37). As we are going to count the load-more as a new page-view, I think we should display a new set of ads (3 from the customers, 1 of ours) like if it was a new pageview.

We have to ask the publisher how many positions is he going to insert in post and post_list, then we will design the layout.

If the post is too short should we display all the positions anyways?
