I was talking with @SantosGuillamot, and it seems that the feature D153 wants is not exactly what I developed (ads placed in the 'before navbar' slot should hide out when a user scrolls down), so I added two more slots in this PR: 'before item' and 'after item', that let the customer implement approximately the behavior they requested.
