[159] Support Youtube videos in featured image #212

We need to support a YouTube video in the place of the featured image.

The url of the video will be in a custom field, exposed in the API. Something like featured_video:

  featured_video: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?tv=NgLF0hBWBus"
...

They have already added the custom field "featured_video"
