Fix license #731

@szepeviktor Hmm, nope, good catch, that should be updated.

None of us are still at Fusion, so the tech@fusion.net email won't work. I suppose the "authors" field could just be all the people in the "maintainers" group at https://github.com/orgs/wp-shortcake/teams/maintainers? We should also make sure to update the repository info in the composer.json from fusioneng/shortcake to wp-shortcake/shortcake.

It would be good to write up a little history explaining the change, maybe as part of the release notes for the next release. Something like "initially developed by the product team at Fusion, considered and reviewed for core integration, and transitioned to a community organization in 2015"... I can take on pulling together that language, if you can update the package metadata throughout the repo.
