Add Status Indicator #4

Some sort of small icon that shows that the plugin is enabled and has verified that can communicate w/ upstream. Perhaps make it red when something is wrong. Should be very subtle but quickly noticable by people who are looking for it.

It now says "WP Upstream is running." or (in red) "WP Upstream is not running." depending on whether the plugin and git could be initialized/configured successfully.

Should this only be shown if WP_UPSTREAM_DEBUG is active? or always?
