And this is me updating bulk (about 11) Elegant Themes using Bulk Action:

In some cases, WP-Upstream uses the WordPress.org API to check themes/plugins. This issue probably happens because Elegant Themes is a different provider whose themes are not on WordPress.org.

I probably need to find a way to make have the plugin always use the local plugin/theme headers.
