Remove unused code #2

This plugin was forked from Equalize Digital's conference plugin after it was sold to The Events Calendar; we're not using any of the conference schedule display elements. Remove them and replace with the code currently in the theme.

This is done. Any further changes in this area should be opened as new issues.
