Add shortcode documentation in the admin for content editors #54

We should add the shortcode examples and documentation on in the admin for content editors. This will make it easier to work on the site.

I see two possible places where this could make sense: A) In a widget on the dashboard (I like this best because it's most visible), or B) On the Conference Settings page (maybe better because it's where some of the key information is edited).

If someone gives me the framework for it, I can actually document all of the shortcodes. I would just need either an empty widget or page section to put it all in and then can submit a PR.

Added a widget to generate a structured view of shortcode options; currently just a framework with nominal info in place.
