A PR for #12 and fills the needs of #10. This PR adds a WordPress install to wpaustralia.org and has already been (mostly) deployed to wpaustralia.org, with only the latest 2 commits not yet being there (https'ing a url, and removing the classic front static page).
I'll setup a git hook to auto-deploy this repo once anyone who has had a chance to review it has offered thoughts.
The theme has been based off the wpmelb.org theme, heavily modified and stripped back.
Gutenberg colour schemes base off of the Site Colour scheme to aid design cohesiveness
There's a few known issues, off the top of my head:
<title> for static front pages is showing the page name ("Front") rather than the site name. I've fixed that temporarily by naming the pages the same.
The map on the front page is being limited in width, This can probably be moved off my domain and onto wpaustralia.org now which should fix it, I've been unable to determine why WordPress embeds are being limited in width.

It's been setup in such a way that city-based sites can easily be created from the template, with only a few admin-options to set colours and names. https://wpaustralia.org/?/ https://brisbane.wpaustralia.org/
The site content is still very thin, and will need updating with effort from the community.
