Taxonomy filters - sub-categories don't get unchecked #100

Describe the bug

Please see this ticket.

If I use the “hide sub-cat…” when I check a main category the filter expand and open the sub-cat so I can select different sub-cat but if I uncheck the main category the sub-cat are still check iven if they are not visible.

Basically sub-categories should not be checked after the parent is unchecked manually.
