date for last update #14

Please add the following information beneath the bottom of the left panel (in the blueish area) in small type:

Last Updated: [date_time]

As a beta product I am asking users to return frequently to check for new information. The added Update Date will allow users more easily see if anything has changed...

While true, I'm not sure that just saying that an update has occurred will be useful to users, unless we only update it after major changes. If I update it for little tweaks, people will likely not notice them and learn to ignore the Last Updated flag... but if I update it for only big stuff, shouldn't that stuff be clear by just loading the app? (eg, the new geocoder). This isn't a difficult addition, I just question its effectiveness.
