Description

A specific bug, but hopefully it could be fixed. Frost 0.9.8, WordPress 6.0, latest mobile Chrome browser.

If mobile menu has an anchor link that points to the ID on the page, after clicking that link, mobile menu won't close.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Create an anchor link on a page. Click that link once you're on the same page using mobile device (mobile menu).

While you might be using Frost, this sounds like a WordPress mobile menu issue—since that is what Frost is leveraging. Going to close this and suggest creating an issue on the Gutenberg repository.
