A setting for adding expiry date same as start date/end date even from Backend.

Right now there is a setting that a expiry date is same as end date if event is submitted from frontend, however we also need a setting that if we add a end date, it is same as expiry date so that we need not add a expiry date again.

As per discussion with @ritakikani , It is not logical so need not to do anything for this.
