500 error misconfiguration #64

i try several of moves on .htacces but nothing seems to work. this appear after user enter password. only refresh page sows content the server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

This is still an issue and I've verified the error on 3 different servers, even using a barebones WP install. It is an infrequent error, but an error nonetheless.

I just used Apache to password protect instead, it is ugly but functional.

Any chance someone might find the issue and replicate the server error?
