Related to php 8.2 due dynamic properties instead of use variables within the object

@Kvarkas - I will push out a quick fix for all these debug errors. In fact I am removing the admin page completely from all the themes. Eventually I will be converting all our free themes to block themes as well ;)

@Kvarkas - Actually it looks like your site is outdated, because I've already patched this theme! Make sure to download and install the latest version. Since this is not a WordPress.com hosted theme it doesn't have automatic updates...Eventually I will be converting it to a block theme and posting it to WP.org though! I just don't have the time and resources right now, but hopefully in a few months.
