annotation processing in jax-rs unit tests #20

Here is a possible solution to testing authn/authz annotations (already 1 bug found).

it contains quite a bit of boilerplate code which can be abstracted out
the test currently fails since no permissions has been configured in the mock data set, but it does step into FineGrainedAuthorizationScheme

This approach is suitable for all REST tests.
