AccessToken servlet should get user id or not #8

@alexlukichev In the AuthorizationServlet.I get the userId from the session which is put after user logins.I'm not sure that I can get the user id from where in the AccessToken class.Should the third application offer the userId?

Alter access_tokens table,add unique restrict to the code field.
