In pathweaver cannot see waypoint properties such as x, y, tangent x and tangent y. My computer language was Turkish and when I changed it to English the problem solved.
1- Change computer language to a language that uses comma as decimal separetor. In my case it was Turkish
2- Open pathweaver and create a path
3- Click on the waypoint
