Use field images from allwpilib #286

De-duplicates the field configs / images and uses the ones in allwpilib. Once a field is added to the monorepo, the next release will automatically pick up the field.

This would mean that #285 and #284 could get closed and have their changes put in allwpilib

When I run this with a local published version of allwpilib, the charged up field is available, but isn't the default.

The default works with the latest commit for me
