FRCVision 2020.2.1 has bad /etc/fstab #154

a freshly rebooted 2020.2.1 image has an image that contains a /etc/fstab that contains (literally!):

# a swapfile is not a swap partition, no line here
#  use dphys-swapfile swap[on|off]  for that

This results in /boot not getting mounted, which keeps the frcvision daemon from starting.

...unable to replicate. 2nd attempt went fine.
