They're very formulaic. We could generate the whole class from the following data:

Class name (e.g., "PWMTalonFX")
Product name for docs (e.g., "Cross the Road Electronics (CTRE) Talon FX")
PWM bounds in microseconds (full forward, high end of deadband range, center deadband, low end of deadband range, and full reverse)
