Bump webfactory/ssh-agent to 0.9.0 (Node 20) Switch to gradle/actions/wrapper-validation (Node 20) Bump mozilla-actions/sccache-action to 0.0.5 (Node 20 for sanitizers only) Bump actions/github-script to 7 (Node 20 for documentation only) Bump wpilibsuite/import-signing-certificate to 2 (Node 20) Bump JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action to 4.6.1 (Node 20) Resolves #5825.

Not sure. It would be good to check the other repos as well.

I know there has been work across a lot of repos especially by @sciencewhiz Are there any that are known to not be updated? if not I think closing the issue is fine to close

There are a few scattered throughout the org. Namely, anything that relies on import-signing-certificate will need to be updated to v2. It would be good to look over all the repos to ensure they're all up to date.

There's definitely still a number of repos that use old actions within wpilibsuite

github-pages-deploy-action needs a bump in documentation.
