Update WPILib Suite to latest version (v2024.1.1) #19

Please update the wpilib cask to the latest version, which is v2024.1.1 as of writing this.

We do not intend to continue maintaining this homebrew. It was started before there was a Mac installer.

I strongly believe it's important for there to be choice in how a user installs a piece of software. Personally, I prefer to install everything that isn't on the Mac App Store with Homebrew, and if it isn't available for Homebrew, I write the formula/cask myself. I would be fully willing to maintain this tap myself if it is necessary.
