dialogs using globalProjectSettingUpdate don't show options #637

There appears to be a change in VS Code that causes this. There appears to be no changes in the extension in this area in 4-5 years.

Running the 2024 beta 3 extension in VS Code 1.84 (2024 beta 3) shows this: image

Running the 2024 beta 3 extension in VS Code 1.74.2 (2023) shows this: image

It works in VS Code 1.75.1 and doesn't in 1.76.0
