How to add copyright symbol and year that is auto updated? #183

I have a feeling the copyright area was removed. How would I go about adding a copyright area with a symbol and auto year to a new reusable block that I can add to a footer widget? As I think that is now the way to do so. There is also being done some work on this in Gutenberg. https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/18895

Yes, the copyright area was indeed removed. If there was already a copyright area and this is an update, then the content gets migrated. I'm not sure how to handle it for new installations yet, but I don't consider this a release blocker. We can discuss and find a way to urge users to use reusable blocks more...

Hmm I think after version 3.0 is released that I should create a tutorial on this issue. I will just leave it open for now.
