[x] Add an options page, with the following options:
[x] Toggle for logging classes on the pages.
[x] Cleanup tables when deactivating plugin
[x] Path to text file generated (blaze.csv)
[x] Toggle whether to generate text file when elements are added, or manually
[x] If above toggle is set to manual, give a button to generate file manually.
