Can't activate plugin #4

After unzipping I moved plugin to /wp-content/plugins But I can't activate plugin in admin panel. That's all what I got:

WPMovieLibrary-Advanced-Rating error: your environment does not meet all of the system requirements listed below.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_wpmoly_active() in /home/p25012/public_html/kinojoy.com/wp-content/plugins/wpmovielibrary-advanced-rating-master/views/requirements-error.php on line 4

WPMovieLibrary plugin is installed and activated. What I did wrong? :8ball:

Probably nothing: this plugin is completely messed up right now as I haven't had any time in the past six month to work on it, nor make sure it's compatible with the latest main plugin versions. I don't recommend trying to use it for now, it won't have any usable features yet anyway!
