Would Python's unit-testing framework be a good choice for this?
I'd like to see a set of sample input XMLs -- both contrived and real-world, with test criteria attached to each one.
Start with the list of sample articles on the wiki, and add examples from other issues as needed.
@wrought any thoughts?
