Tool to quantify OA-ness of references for a given Wikipedia article #97

I just went through https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Schizophrenia&oldid=617662739 and could find only two openly licensed references, both of which I imported: https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:WikiProject_Open_Access/Programmatic_import_from_PubMed_Central/Cannabis_Use_during_Adolescent_Development_Susceptibility_to_Psychiatric_Illness and https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:WikiProject_Open_Access/Programmatic_import_from_PubMed_Central/Schizophrenia_and_Violence_Systematic_Review_and_Meta-Analysis .

It would be nice to have a tool that would provide

For the time being, the first functionality can be approximated using the DOI whitelist.

For the record, I just went through https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Asperger_syndrome&oldid=618183076 and found no openly licensed reference.
