Seems to me that the two videos from 10.1371/journal.pone.0111787 can be converted by the new GStreamer 1.0 process. Please file an individual bug for each new problematic DOI being found so I can track the success we have.

I will not test with other DOIs right now. I personally think the wmde-review branch is ready to be merged to master – which means if Daniel Kinzler agrees, I will merge it. Hopefully all these converter bugs will go the way of the dodo, then.
