Adapt {{PLOS}} to allow for {{PLOS|CC0}} #73

Follow up on https://github.com/erlehmann/open-access-media-importer/issues/8 and update http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:PLOS accordingly.

I would consider it better if the parameter was consistent, like {{PLOS|CC-BY-SA-2.5}} or something like that. Explicit instead of implicit.

At the moment, CC BY 2.5 and CC0 are the only licenses in use at PLOS, but yes, once the CC0 functionality is implemented, it would be easy to adapt it to other licenses.
