Connection being reset by peer during upload of large files #76

For 10.1371/journal.pone.0023667 , oami_pmc_doi_import proceeds until and including the authenticating step, which remains the last item in I/O until the connection is reset by the server.

Affected about one or two dozen files so far (with an OGG file typically above 100MB), though I haven't kept track of them in detail. 10.1371/journal.pone.0023573 probably is another one, though here, the upload was timed out.
