Split categories containing "space-dash-space" #77

Example: Instead of adding [[Category:Toxicology - environmental health]] to the page, add [[Category:Toxicology]] and [[Category:Environmental health]], unless either of these are already amongst the categories for that article.

The same goes for "space-and-space" categories, e.g. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Sprains_and_strains , as initially allocated to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Virtual-Histology-of-Transgenic-Mouse-Embryos-for-High-Throughput-Phenotyping-pgen.0020061.sv003.ogv .
