Fail log does not log #35

For instance, http://tools.wmflabs.org/recitation-bot/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1003149.html and http://tools.wmflabs.org/recitation-bot/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1000361.html recently failed, but http://tools.wmflabs.org/recitation-bot/faillog.html still only shows the one test entry

@Daniel-Mietchen seems to be working for me now. See if it does for you. I haven't quite got good formatting done for it yet, but the formatting looks better if you "view source", rather than have the browser as html

seems to be better, im ready to close this if no complaints in a few more trials
