DOI upload is broken #36

Not sure what the problem is precisely (cf. #35 ), but the last ca. 10 attempts to upload something all went nowhere.

@Daniel-Mietchen bot did not seem to be shut down, i just managed to do a successful upload now. maybe we it has to do with the specific files.
