Append reupload-related info to top of status pages #38

Right now, http://tools.wmflabs.org/recitation-bot/10.1371/journal.pone.0103437.html only reads 

doi: 10.1371/journal.pone.0103437

success: failed

but upon reupload, this should be updated, leaving the original information intact for debugging purposes.
