Upload image files of equations if no wikitext-compatible version is available #39

These uploads should go to the respective Wikisource.

@wrought has more recently looked at the image uploading code. I think where the function commons.upload is called wikisource.upload could be called instead.

all tables and equations are being uploaded now by default
