While we are ironing out issues around manuscript conversion and upload, it will be necessary to be able to re-upload all or part of a manuscript. The web interface should thus have the following options:
[ ] check whether a given DOI has already been processed by the system and what the status of that DOI is (e.g. by linking to its status page, as per #60 ).
[ ] if the DOI has not yet been processed, try to run the full pipeline
[ ] if the DOI had been processed before but there were problems, allow for a re-upload
[ ] of the image and media files to Commons; warn if they have been changed by other users since the original upload
