Add feature to remove plugin options

• Rename Number tools to Diagnostic tools.
• Add new section 'Remove options', when PDF Invoices is active.
• If PDF Invoices is not active add new tool to WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
• Add button for Free/Professional/Templates to remove all saved options.
