Remove "Calculated" column if the "Calculate document numbers" setting is disabled

By default, the Calculated column in the list of document numbers generated is displayed, even if the Calculate document numbers is disabled:

We should do the opposite: to hide this column by default and only display it if the Calculate document numbers setting is enabled, in order to avoid confusion in the users.
