blockContact não está funcionando. #498

Description

blockContact e UnblockContact não estão funcionado. O retorno é de sucesso mas os metodos não tem efeitos.

Estou validando o block/unblock, mas mesmo mandando apenas o número sem nada, ele acrescenta em duplicidade o @c.us.
