[x] Use local file meetup-stats.csv if present
[x] [pompey_chart] chart data [/pompey_chart ]
[ ] [pompey_chart file=filename ]
[ ] [pompey_chart file=ID ]

When the file attribute is ID ( a numeric value ) then this mean load the file from the attachment with post_id = ID. That'll be a learning experience. e.g. 9357
